Process of selecting people.
The personal of operatives and administrative are selected by an interview, profile requirements and psychometric tests. (The process of the personal score is 10 people between 3 to 7 days).
Process of hiring.
The candidates are previously selected, they must accomplish with the next paperwork before their first period of work:
- Personal files (Personal Identification, home address document, school certificate, and others).
- Test exam, indicating the actual state of health.
- Drug test, 3 reactive.
- Letter of no criminal record.
- A&T Personal identifications.

We register the period of time during which a particular activity takes place and we keep a report card according to the following of the induction.
The point of this is to create an expert in the activity he or she is developing, in a period of a year, with monthly trainings according to the plan. Every month we verify the report card and we qualify their progress. If is necessary, we provide new training programs according to their work, the client or the company itself.

Industrial safety Equipment (EPP).
We provide the basics like: industrial safety shoes (with steal toe cap), glasses (goggles, clear lenses), safety vest (radians with the company logo). If the client or the security instructions requires; we can provide the necessary for the personal safety.
